At Insignia Jewellers, we’re proud of the craftsmanship and care that goes into every ring we make. To give you peace of mind, all of our products come with a 1-Year Warranty that protects you against manufacturing defects in materials and workmanship under normal use.

This warranty covers:

• The ring’s structure and durability

• Inlay materials

• Components that are not functioning as intended

What’s Not Covered

Our warranty is designed to give you full protection against manufacturing problems. However, it doesn’t apply to issues caused by normal use or outside factors. For example:

• Everyday wear such as light scratches, scuffs, or surface marks

• Alterations or resizing carried out by someone other than Insignia Jewellers

• Damage from chemicals, rough handling, or accidents

• Engraved rings (these can be reviewed case by case, but they are not eligible for replacement)

How to Make a Warranty Claim

1. Contact Us – Send us your order details along with clear photos of the issue.

2. Evaluation – Our team will carefully review the problem and get back to you with the next steps.

3. Repair or Replacement – If your claim is approved, we’ll repair your ring or provide a replacement. If the original design has been discontinued, we’ll offer a suitable alternative of equal value.

Important Information

• You’ll be responsible for shipping the ring back to us. Once repaired or replaced, Insignia Jewellers will cover the shipping cost to return the item to you.

• Repairs or replacements may take up to 14 business days, depending on the nature of the issue and the availability of materials.
