Return and Exchange Policy:

• Time Duration

• Buyers can return/exchange items within 45 days of receiving orders.
• We dont charge any restocking fees to our valued customers.

• Condition:

• item must be returned in their original condition
• Please make sure it is packed properly to avoid any damage during shipping.

• Engraved Rings :
• Engraved rings cant be returned or exchanged unfortunately because they cant be resold. These items are considered final sale.

• International Orders:
• International Orders can be returned or exchanged as well.

• Return Shipping Costs:
• The buyer is responsible for return shipping costs.

• Processing Time:
• The processing time for returns and exchanges is 2-5 business days after we receive the returned item.
