We process orders within 1-2 business days. UK orders arrive in 1-2 days via free Royal Mail 24. US and EU orders take 4-7 days with free shipping. A tracking number will be provided for your wedding bands. Royal Mail Express Delivery will soon be available at an additional charge for faster shipping.

Returns & Exchanges

Enjoy a 100-day return/exchange policy with no restocking fee. Non-engraved wedding bands can be returned; return shipping is paid by the buyer. Engraved rings cannot be returned or exchanged due to personalisation.

We offer a 100-day return/exchange policy with no restocking fee. Return shipping is paid by the buyer. Engraved rings cannot be returned or exchanged due to their permanent personalisation. For non-engraved wedding bands, contact us to initiate a return or exchange.
