PREMIUM QUALITY MATERIALS

Materials are the core of any product or service. They provide the fundamental building blocks that give shape, structure, and function to what we create.

TUNGSTEN CARBIDE

Tungsten carbide is an extremely robust material that is stronger than steel and has the highest melting point of all known elements. While it is challenging to work with due to its toughness, the resulting products are highly durable and well-suited to withstand the demands of everyday use.

KOA WOOD

Koa wood is a valuable natural resource that is native to Hawaii. The koa tree, from which the wood is harvested, is the second most common tree in the Hawaiian Islands and is revered for its cultural significance, with the word "koa" meaning brave or warrior. The wood is prized for its unique grain patterns and vibrant colors.

WHISKY BARREL

Whiskey barrels are a popular source of wood for jewelry and other products due to their unique appearance. The barrels are made from American white oak, a durable wood that is water-resistant. The wood takes on a rich golden color with charred black lines as a result of the fire-roasting process used to make the barrels, creating an appealing pattern that is sought after by various artists and craftspeople.

ZEBRA WOOD

Zebrawood describes several types of wood that have a striped pattern. Throughout history, it has been traded, primarily by the British Empire, who transported it across the world from Africa. African legend attributes its stripped and wave-like patterns to the pull of the moon, infusing the wood with cosmic energy.

ABALONE SHELL

Abalone shell is derived from the exoskeleton of a marine organism akin to an oyster. Native Americans have long utilized it for its aesthetic qualities as well as its protective and medicinal benefits. Abalone exhibits a vibrant green and blue hue, and its intricate internal structure provides a remarkable reflective quality when exposed to natural light. For every abalone item sold, a portion of the proceeds is donated to an ocean cleanup initiative and a sea turtle rescue program.

DEER ANTLER (NATURALLY SHED)

Male deer naturally shed their antlers annually, producing a unique grey material. This material is used to create stunning rings that evoke a connection to nature and its power. The antlers were originally used by deer to attract mates and assert dominance, giving the rings a special energy for those seeking to feel close to the natural world.

OUR PROCESS : FROM IMAGINATION TO CREATION

Our creative process starts with inspiration. Here's how we transform our ideas into reality. We divide it into 2 Phases . Phase 1 includes creating design and picking materials whereas phase 2 includes crafting the ring.

PHASE 1 : FINALZING DESIGN & MATERIALS

IMAGINING THE DESIGN

  • Our jewelry designs draw inspiration from diverse sources such as the natural world, the universe, and ancient eras. Every theme we explore contributes distinctive features to the rings we create.

DRAWING

  • Our skilled craftsmen begin by drawing the designs on paper, then they create models. This helps us imagine the finished item and make any needed changes.

USING TECHNLOGY

  • We utilize Computer-Aided Design (CAD) software to generate accurate digital replicas of our rings. This technology assists us in fine-tuning every aspect and guaranteeing the ideal fit.

PICKING MATERIALS

  • After the design is complete, we choose the suitable materials according to the design.

PHASE 2 : CREATION

MOLDING & CUTTING

  • The materials are meticulously trimmed and molded to align with the planned design. This process necessitates accuracy and focus.

INLAY DESIGN

  • Inlay rings are crafted with a variety of materials, including meteorites, antler, opal, whiskey barrels and woods etc . These materials are carefully and skillfully set into the ring band by hand, resulting in a seamless and visually striking appearance.

POLISHING

  • The rings are processed to obtain the preferred texture and look. Our finishing methods comprise polishing for a smooth and glossy surface, brushing for a dull appearance, hammering for a rough texture, and sandblasting for a distinct, grainy finish. Additional details, like engraving or setting gemstone accents, are applied to improve the ring's aesthetics.

INSPECTION

  • The rings go through thorough quality inspections to verify they meet our strict requirements. We only include the highest quality pieces in our selection.
